Nepal Nomad Trekking Holidays Booking Terms & Conditions Nepal Nomad Trekking Company is a trustworthy and registered Company under the tourism laws of Nepal and accepts your bookings under the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between you the user of this site (“you”) and Nepal Nomad Trekking company (“we / us / our / the web site.
All booking are made with Nepal Nomad Trekking Holidays Katmandu head office only. It is a fundamental condition of booking that you acknowledges that this is an adventure tour. This requires some flexibility. The day to day itinerary or program is taken as guidelines only.
We cannot be hold responsible for any delays caused by International or domestic flights, strikes, Govt. regulations, weather or natural casualties etc. To secure place, 20% advance is required to make in advance as per Payments should be wired or using our credit card payment options to our banking Accounts. Rest of the payment is due 60 days before the trip departure date. Be mindful, we also reserve the right to cancel your trip provided full amount is not paid in time or understandable between you and us when you arrive.
We accept your last minute booking (30 days prior to tour departure date), but full payment of total tour cost should be made in advance. Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.

No refund will be made for 20% deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason. On our holiday’s tour, trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room or tent with.
No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary. Having paid full amount of any trip, you're entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip. Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip.
Nevertheless, you're imposed cancellation charge as advised below: 56 days or more deposit retained 42 - 55 days before departure 50% 29 - 41 days before departure 75% 01 - 30 days before departure 100% We reserve the right to revise pricing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. But, we put forth effort to keep on the present rate.
In such cases, Nepal Nomad Trekking shall be responsible for providing suitable alternatives which could be decided upon mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be made, Nepal Nomad Trekking shall be only responsible for refund after deducting expenses already incurred. If you do not show up in Katmandu on the agreed date we will assume you have been delayed and will wait for you to contact us with your new expected arrival date. If you do not contact us within 48 hours we will assume you have canceled the tour.
There is no refund of any money paid. The tour will not be canceled unless we are forced to do so because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances (force majored), such as a major natural disaster, major political unrest or war. If we cancel the tour we will promptly refund all payments made to us, i.e. including the deposit. We shall not be liable to refund any additional expenses that you may have incurred (such as insurance, visas, vaccinations and other incidental costs).In case of the journey broken off early return upon client's own wish or causes, Nepal Nomad Trekking shall not be liable to any refund of the days not utilized.
Clients have to pay for the hotel or any extra costs incurred after leaving the itinerary. The trek & tour information sheets and the dossier give information and conditions relating to the tour and are deemed to be part of the contract and so you should be fully aware of their contents. However the itinerary is an indication of what the group should accomplish, but not a contractual obligation- Changes may be made because of exceptional weather, flight cancellations, sickness or other unforeseeable circumstances- No refunds are given for unused services or unrealized dreams. We do give sympathy though. All information and advice provided (vaccinations, climate, trekking equipment, visas etc) is given 'in good faith but without responsibility by us.
If you have a complaint that cannot be dealt with immediately, or you are not satisfied with the response please notify us in writing within 10 days of the tour completion. We shall try to agree on a settlement this process shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. When making your booking it is implied and accepted that you have read and understood all these booking conditions and agree to abide by them. I have read this contract, payment methods and the relevant itinerary and information sheets. A tour, trekking leader who represents Nepal Nomad Trekking Holidays deserves all authority during your tours. If you commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave the tour. No refund will be made in such case. We put our every effort to ensure comfortable traveling of yours, but it is must to understand that what you might be accustomed to in the western affluent countries, the Himalayan countries can't afford such facilities.
Weather is another factor that directly impact on your journey. Hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must to venture into journey. You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our esteemed clients. To make alterations of any trekking, tour itinerary, prior notice is requested. You're advised to stay in touch with us thus. But occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc. On any account, we're not answerable for any loss or damage of your luggage or property belonging to you even when shouldered by porters, ponies or vehicles. That means your personal possessions, luggage are at your risk at the times.
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We're not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents. Risk & Responsibility: Your safety and enjoyment is our prime concern. We therefore carry out our responsibility honestly & sincerely to ensure your holiday trouble – free as well as you have desired.
Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be change under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot Flight delay: There is virtually possibility of flight delay or postponement for notorious weather in Himalayan regions which could be happened, in particular, in Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc.
Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during odd season, you're highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence. In case of delay in flight prior to trek departure or at the end of the trek, you need to meet your accommodation, food costs yourself.
