Updated regulation of TTB, effective from May 7th, 2012, the minimum group size to Tibet is 5 pax with same nationality. It means TTB only issue the visa and permit to the group size above 5 people (including 5 pax). TTB will not issue the visa and permits to the individual traveler (1 to 4 pax). In case there is a change of the regulation, we will inform you without delay.
