    Overview

    Island peak is one of the most popular trekking peak in Khumbu region. This trekking & climbing begins with a dramatic scenic flight to Lukla and the trail follows many farm villages with beautiful views of the high snow capped peaks on your way, Kalapathar for the outstanding breathe taking panoramic view of numerous mountains including Mt. Everest.

    To visit the Everest Base camp offers over whelming  panaroma. And returning to the Island peak, the Mountain itself is an extension of the south ridge of Mt. Lhotse shar separated by a small col.
    Island Peak is not among the Himalayan giants, but nevertheless provides an exhilarating mountaineering experience to the novice and expert alike. No technical climbing experience is required to climb Island Peak, simply a high level of fitness the desire to push your self.

    Day 05: Monjo - Namche Bazaar 3446m, 4 hours trekking

    Day 06: Namche Bazaar Hike

    Day 07: Namche Bazaar - Phortse 3850m, 4 hours trekking

    Day 08: Phortse - Pheruche 4200m, Trekking 3 hours

    Day 09: Pheriche - Lobuche 4,928m, 5-6 hrs trekking

    Day 16: Chhukung - Tyangboche 3,867m, 4 - 5 hrs trekking

    Day 17: Tangboche - Namche Bazaar - Manjo 3440m, Trekking 5 hours

    Day 18: Manjo -Lukla 2800m, 3 - 4 hours trekking

    Day 19: Lukla - Kathmandu, 30 minute flight

    Day 20: Kathmandu Departure
