A warm welcome to our country Nepal, Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu airport we will be waiting for you with your name tag. You may arrive in Kathmandu at any time that might be day or night so we will be ready anytime to pick you up. We will drop you to your respective hotel and notify you about our meeting.

Today we will utilize this day by touring around the beautiful Kathmandu Valley. We will visit the famous heritage sites of the valley and which are Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, and Bouddhanath stupa. Your tour guide will accompany you throughout the whole day.

On the fourth day, we have to pass across the stream, the mountain chain forest of shrubs and pines heading up to the Monjo village. Our guide can prepare all the mandatory permits that are required to enter the park. Once coming into the park, the succeeding 3 hours are going to be tougher than the primary three hours that lead to a couple of suspension bridges crossing the altitude of 3440m to the Namche Bazaar. Once reaching Namche Bazaar we are able to see the beauty of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku, and the alternative stunning scenery of the mountains.

Today is a rest day dedicated to acclimatization in Namche Bazaar. Although we will be taking it easy, it doesn't mean you'll be sitting still. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to explore the vibrant alleys of Namche and allow your body to adjust to the increasing altitude. It's a great chance to immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of this Sherpa market town.

During your time in Namche, we recommend indulging in the delectable treats from the renowned bakeries that dot the town. Savor the flavors of freshly baked goods, such as pastries and bread, which are a popular delight among trekkers.

In addition to strolling through Namche, you will embark on a hike to Sagarmatha National Park and Khumjung, located at an elevation of 3,790 meters. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to visit Khumjung Monastery, which is believed to house a scalp believed to be from a mythical creature known as the yeti. The monastery is steeped in local legends and offers an intriguing glimpse into the Sherpa culture.

As you continue your hike, you will also come across Hillary's School, named after Sir Edmund Hillary, and several ancient monasteries that hold spiritual significance for the local community. The trek to Khumjung can be extended to Khunde, where you can explore further and gain insights into the Sherpa way of life.

Another highlight of the day is a visit to Syangboche Airport, one of the highest airports in the world, located at an altitude of 3,780 meters. Witness the remarkable feat of engineering that allows planes to land and take off amidst the challenging terrain of the Himalayas.

We will also pass through there. By lunchtime, we will reach Base Camp. After reaching the base camp we will rest for a while and explore the surrounding of Base Camp. Overnight at Base Camp.

But our Sherpa team and Camp fixing team go camping to fix and prepare all the Camps. We will seize this opportunity to explore the places around the base camp.

      Today after early morning breakfast we will ascend from Base Camp to Camp I. The whole course is fixed, and climbers will be associated with this rope by means of jumar and sling as they cross fourth and fifth-class rock around gendarmes and up towers. It can prove to be a little tiring but equally worth it. Today our Sherpa team will go to Camping II for further management of camps in Camp II.

      For Cholatse Peak Climbing, you are required to have previous mountaineering experience as well as experience of mountain walking.       A regular day in the Cholatse Peak Climb Itinerary

      Your morning will start will a cup of tea assisted by your Sherpa at 6.30 am. He will notify you regarding your time for Breakfast and you must be ready to go on an amazing trip that is waiting for you. You will trek up to three or four hours until you stop for your lunch break. The lunch break will be only for an hour. Your daily hiking hours will be from five hours minimum to eight hours maximum. After lunch, we will again continue our trekking and stop for the overnight stay. Your dinner will be served in the lodge where you will be spending your night.

      Accommodation and meal facilities in the Cholatse Peak Climbing

      While at the Cholatse Peak climbing, please do not expect high-class lodges, because of the rural area there are not many lodges so Nepal nomad manages only simple lodges which have family assent and good local food. Although these lodges cannot give you all the facilities regarding the washrooms, showers. but will definitely give you the spirit of nature and their mountain lifestyle which you won’t be able to experience outside Nepal. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner will be provided on a full basis in Cholatse Peak climbing. Goodbye supper, breakfast, and gathering will be given in Kathmandu.

      Responsible Travel and Transportation Facilities in the Cholatse Peak Climbing Journey

      The Cholatse Peak Climbing Route shall remain unaltered from its natural and social existence as we conduct responsible travel towards the summit while caring for and protecting the environment. The transportation facilities used in the Cholatse Peak Climbing journeys are; airplanes or helicopters and private vehicles or public vehicles.

      Altitude Sickness in the Cholatse Peak Climbing

      Altitude Sickness has been the main concern of climbers since it can bring many challenges and lead to setbacks during the adventure if not taken care of in time. However, our itinerary is well-planned with acclimatization days and our team shall help you with the necessary exercises to avoid the major risk of sickness which can show in the form of three stages, which are; Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), High Altitude Pulmonary Edema (HAPE) and High Altitude Cerebral Edema (HACE).
