Similarly, before the actual walk begins, we start off the adventure with a visit to Ta Dzong probably after lunch which is a watched over since 1967, also standing as a national museum among other museums of Bhutan. Then we enjoy the existence of Rimpung Dzong. Likely to that, with a drive, we are headed towards Taktsang Monastery, connected to the visit to Satsam Chorten with a mixture of a short 2 hours of a hike up to the incredible views of the monastery. Likewise, the venture continues with the visit to the ruins of Drukgyal Dzong, all the way 16 km up to the valley. We stay overnight and have dinner at an amazing and luxurious accommodation which is going to be a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Then the next day after an early breakfast we visit Shana from where we take up the Chomolhari trek route, following the river with couples of isolated farmhouses through the dense and heavily forested area. The path eventually ends and then narrows along the trail where we follow the drainage. We then cross the junction where the different trail leads north over the Tremo La to Tibet. The camp lies with a stone shelter in a meadow. We ascend to the mesmerizing valley crossing the Tegethang which is one of the winter houses for the herdsmen of the yaks. We then arrive at the Jumolhari base camp where lots of the yaks will be seen. The thrilling sight of the Jumolhari as well as the beautiful views of the Tsherim gang and the Jichu Drake can be later seen. Then we head out from the Lingshi to the Shodu and later head towards the Barshong.
