On the first day of your arrival in Kathmandu, you are welcomed with a lovely accommodation .Following; a pre-trek briefing will be scheduled on the trekking program alongside any last-minute arrangements shall be discussed. Experience Required:

A good level of fitness and experience of mountain walking is required for the Instant Everest Trek. These tend to be longer treks with some more difficult days, some of which may involve walking at increased altitudes and more difficult terrain. Pre-Trip Meeting:

A typical day:

At 6.30 am your Sherpa knocks on your door with a cup of good morning tea.
