With your steps touching the land of Nepal, our team member will be ever ready to pick you up from the airport and then, safely escort you to your hotel. Then you can stretch your muscles through some short walks in the streets of Kathmandu and later attend a pre-trip meeting. There will be a welcome dinner for you as well from our side.

On the second day tour, we head out to the heart of the Kathmandu for a day tour. We head out to one of the ancient temple Durbar Square, and then we take a walk to the Swayambhunath Stupa where we can see the sight of the entire valley. And to mention you will get plenty of time to enjoy many stalls and shops in the city along the way. You can feel free to enjoy your evening at the local restaurants.

Before we start our trek from Phakding (2652m), we catch a short striking flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2800m) in the early morning. The track gently winds its way along the river and serves a pleasant time in around as we head from the downhill of Lukla. We stay at an overnight at Phakding which is one of the many convenient trekking lodges in the city.

It is the day four, as we head from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. Today begins delicately as we make our way along the river to the entry of Sagarmatha National Park, this is where we acquire our with the park authorities we get trekking permits and register. Soon the path starts to ascend up to Namche Bazaar (3,446m), where we spend the night.

Today is the day which is free for you to adjust yourself in Namche. This Sherpa town will be terrific day for you as you explore around the city and get to know more about the tradition and culture as well as lifestyle of Sherpas. In this beautiful town you will find many stalls and shops selling everything from cut price mountaineering gears to the Buddhist Prayer flags. Many visitors are also fascinated by the bakeries, internet cafes. If you are energetic enough, you can discover many interesting things like scenic day as you walk along the town.

After acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar, today we will ascend over a ridge to Khumjung which is an ancient and traditional Sherpa village huddled in the next valley. On the top of the crest, there is a possibility of getting the first glimpse of Mount Everest which basically depends on the weather. We stay overnight at the lodge in Khumjung.

Today is the day to reach the village of Tengboche from Khumjung which lies on the pinnacle of the crest. We begin our day we trek lengthy downhill through the tropical rhododendron forests down to the suspension bridge at Phunki Tenga (3250m). After the trek, we reach at Tengboche at 3870m. If the weather is clear on this day, the sight of Lhotse and Everest will look amazing. Tengboche is unquestionably worth the visit as it is one of the largest Buddhist Monastery which will give you an open door opportunity to learn more about Buddhist Culture.

After looking into Tengboche and finding more about the Buddhist Culture, Today is the day to head back to Namche and Monjo. So after an early breakfast, we walk down the hill steeply with splendid views of the forests of rhododendron, juniper and wood to Phunkitenga. Subsequently, a great hospitality including the welcome break and a cup of coffee/tea, we cross to the Dudh Koshi and then we climb upward to the Trashinga. From over here, the path outlines high above the valley through Shanasa .Later, we progress our walk to Namche Bazaar where we have our lunch and again go downward to Monjo where we stay for a overnight.

It is the day nine and is also the last day of trekking. We take a brief hike along the valley earlier to making the ultimate climb up to the airstrip at Lukla. Then we will have our lunch to ramble around, to take a chill and probably take a hot shower. Tonight we will have a farewell dinner continues by a number of celebratory drinks.

It is the day to head back on a striking flight to Kathmandu in the early morning, we make brief transmit to the historical ancient center of Bhaktapur. Previously, Bhaktapur was the capital of one of the Valley’s four kingdoms, Bhaktapur is the nation’s pride for the treasure of archaic wooden carved temples and building, it is a fine place to learn and know the building and the monuments build during those times. USEFUL INFORMATION

Experience Required:

You need to be physically sound, healthy and fit and have proper medical conditions. It would be a bonus in the trek if you are already experience on trekking and hiking before.

Pre-Trip Meeting:

In between day one and two, there will be a pre-trip meeting held among the team members and you which will let us explore further in any remaining doubts, queries and lack of information

Equipment Check List:

Without making it heavier than 20 kg, the following equipments must be kept in serious consideration:

Head:-

For the head protection: Sun hat or scarf - Light balaclava or warm fleece hat - Sunglasses with UV protection.

Lower Body: -

Under Garments - Hiking shorts - Lightweight cotton long pants - Light weight hiking thermal bottoms - Fleece or wool pants – Waterproof trekking trousers -

Feet: - lightweight thin inner socks - Thick, warm wool hiking socks - Hiking boots with spare laces - Camp shoes – Gaiters (optional)

Upper Body:-

As for the upper body’s shirts – Hiking and light weight thermal tops - Fleece jacket or pullover - Fleece Wind-Stopper jacket (optional) - Waterproof shell jacket - Down vest and/or jacket - Base layer shirts - Warm jacket (down)*

Hands: - gloves that are Lightweight - Heavyweight gloves or mittens with a waterproof shell outer.

Accessories:-

Sleeping bag (comfort rated –10ºC)*- Sleeping bag liner - Head torch with spare bulbs and batteries - Small pad or combination.

Trekking Bags: - Large bag for keeping items dry inside trek bag, Daypack 250 to 30litres. - Thermarest sleeping pad - Water bottles - Water purification tablets.

Basic First Aid Kit: - Antiseptic cream, throat lozenges, diarrhoea treatment (Imodium), altitude (Diamox), painkillers, plasters and blister treatment, insect repellent, and re-hydration salts (Dioralite). Glucose tablets and multi-vitamin tablets are also a good idea.

Toiletries:- 1 medium sized quick drying towel - Tooth brush/paste - Multipurpose soap - Deodorants - Nail clippers - Face and body moisturizer - Feminine products - Small mirror - Wet wipes - toilet roll/Tissue Extras - Antibacterial hand wash

A typical day:

It’s a usual day of trekking where you will start your morning with a warm cup of tea or coffee or any other items of your taste which is available. Then we head to pack our bags followed by a whole day ahead of us for trekking. We stay at some place in middle for break and have our lunch there and again continue our trek before we reach our final destination for the day where we will be staying for the night.

Accommodation:

You will usually be accommodated in lodges which are usually family run and have the provision of shared bathroom facilities. Showers can sometimes be a great deal but however, it will be tried to make your stay as comfortable as possible in the Himalayan areas. You can remain warm and cozy in the warm fire place.

Insurance:

Our booking terms and conditions expect you to be properly insured on the grounds of trip cancellation, medical insurance and emergency rescue evacuations.

Altitude Sickness:

One must be completely aware about the risk of altitude sickness that hovers around throughout the trek. So we will need to acclimatize in proper circumstances for which our itinerary is properly fit. In case of immediate medical attention, emergency rescue evacuation will be conducted.

Meals:

You will be having three meals as per our plan which normally consists of breakfast, lunch and Dinner. Lunch will be done while we are in middle of the trek whereas breakfast and dinner will be conducted in our overnight stay house.
