After early morning breakfast, we take the super flight from Kathmandu to Lukla at 2,827m. The duration of our flight takes up the time around 35 minutes. After landing, we shall have some time to explore the gorgeous Khumbu region before reaching our final accommodation of the day. We will have time to explore the village. We shall reach Phakding after a short walk from Ghat Village and then stay overnight.

On the fourth day, we come across Dudh Koshi River by preceding our trek before having our lunch at Jorsale. We continue our trek until we reach Namche Bazaar, the trail to which is surrounded by delightful pines. Namche Bazaar is a wonderful destination for a peaceful overnight rest amongst the beautiful mountain. Aspects like food, mountain climbing equipment are found in the village as it is the central area of Everest.

We conduct our fifth day’s stay in Namche Bazaar to preserve us some time for exercises and other aspects of acclimatization. We shall conduct short hikes to the nearest areas for getting used to the changing elevation in ascending order. Today, we will be doing the easy hike to reach the amazing Thame village which is the end valley of Khumbu. It shall take us about four hours to reach the beautiful village, the people which still remain untouched by the modern civilization. We will be resting in Thame at 3,820m for the night before we move ahead to reach Lungdeng at 4500m.

Today, we will be walking for about five hours to reach our overnight destination known as the village of Lungden. The day’s trails mostly lead us uphill through the beautiful Sherpa Settlements. This is indeed a great opportunity for an explorer to observe the lifestyle of the Sherpa community in Everest. Following the trading routes, we shall arrive at a hotel in Lungdeng where we will be staying for the night.

The eighth day marks one of the major days of this amazing Renjo La Pass Trek since it is on this day that we will be crossing the Renjo La Pass through a hike of about six hours to the Renjo la pass height of 5,415m. We shall be crossing the frozen stream while handling ourselves in the dramatic rock. From the top of the Renjo La Pass, we shall be getting the pleasure of the incredible sights of Kalapathar, Tengboche Monastery, Chola glaciers, and many more. Gokyo is our spot for overnight rest.

Beginning the journey in the early morning today we head towards the Gokyo peak where the ascend is steep for the first 30 minutes. With the astounding sights of the prayer flags, it takes about an hour to reach at the top. Right from here one can have this gorgeous sights of the peaks from the west to the east that includes the Gyachung Kang, Everest, Cho You and then further way upto the Makalu as we head down the hill, we can see the mesmerizing Gokyo Lake.

After being properly acclimatized from our ninth day’s acclimatization, we will be leaving Gokyo for reaching down to the second lake and then finally to Dole. We shall be witnessing stunning scenarios today as we make our way through the main route north out of Gokyo. We can have an amazing view of Everest and Lhotse through a short climb of the crest. We follow the trails leading to Phortse Tenga through Mon la. Likewise, from Phortse Tenga, the route further leads to Dole, through the gorgeous forest of rhododendron and birch.

We descend into the subalpine forest after breakfast at the tea house to the Phorse Thanga just above the riverbank, where another trail from the Phorse Village meets us. Continuing upwards, you reach Mongla Hill via the trail that ascends high above the Dudh Koshi River. Having a cup of tea while viewing the breathtaking mountain views and spectacular landscape of Dudh Koshi Valley is the best way to slow down your birth after soaring steeply up the hill. Following this is a gradual descent to the small village of Sanasa Village, the main entrance to Everest Base Camp, and a walk through Kenjoma to Namche Bazaar. The walk to Namche Bazaar will take you 5 to 6 hours.

On this final day of the trek, walking all the way down the Dudh Koshi Valley, you will get to Lukla after a 6 to 7-hour trek. The trail descends through the forest of Namche Bazaar to the confluence of the Bhote Koshi and Dudh Koshi rivers, then crosses the bridge at the confluence. We will then walk along the Dudh Koshi river bank through a Sherpa village, stopping at Jorsale, Monjo, and Phakding for lunch. We are reminded once again to enjoy the green scenery, the unforgettable mountain views, and the towns and villages of the local Sherpas until Lukla. Observe the weekly markets with various commodities in Lukla if you are able to arrive on Thursday. During the rest of the time, you may roam around the areas while your guide confirms your flight for tomorrow. Before heading back to the hotel, celebrate the final dinner with your crew in the mountains.

Today, on day fifteen, we catch our flight from Lukla to Kathmandu which leads us away from the region of Khumbu where we enjoyed the amazing adventure of trekking Renjo La Pass. It will take us about 30 or 35 minutes to reach Kathmandu and then you will be directly assigned to your accommodation.
