Out from Kathmandu, we take an early flight to Tumlingtar, and then from there, we will begin our hiking journey where we walk to the Khandbari for the 4 hrs which has an altitude of about 1040m and is the head office district of the Shankhuwasabha.

After 5 hours of descending and trekking to the steep trail which is rocky with the view of tiny terraced farms of barley and corn, we ascend to the Seduwa which has an altitude of about 1493m and stay for an overnight there.

On day 4, we will make our walks while proceeding with the rockfall. Then we will be heading to Khongmala after about five to six hours of trekking all the way out from the beautiful Tashigaun village. We stay overnight at 3500 meters.

After an early breakfast, we head to see the beautiful morning sunrise sight, and then after 6 hrs of hike passing through an ultimate pond with a progressive trek to downhill, we then reach Mumbuk which lies in the center of forests.

Today on the sixth day of the Sherpani Col Pass trek, we proceed our trek from Mumbuk, which further leads to Yajila Kharka through a hill where we will stop for lunch. We will stay overnight after 6 hours in total of trekking, at an elevation of 3,610 meters.

Day seven takes us through the deep forest which is steep for about 6 hours or less which will finally connect us to Yangla Kharka at the altitude of 3,750 meters where we will put down our bags and rest for the night with some awesome Dinner.

After 5-6 hours of trekking, we head towards the kharka Merak standing gracefully at 4100 meters of altitude from where we can even relish the beautiful sight of the Mt.Makaluas we stay here for our beautiful overnight stay and spend some morning time as well.

Our destination for today is the Makalu Base Camp which is at an altitude of about 4500m from the camp we can see the majestic Makalu which is known to be the highest sixth peak that is enclosed by the mighty peaks.

After 5-6 hours of trekking along the melted riverside, we hike through the gravel trail and then finally reach the high camp or kuna camp which is also called the Puja camp where we stay overnight.

Out from the Kuna Camp, we pack up for the hike to get the trek started to advance high camp, we must take our place as we climb uphill as the altitude is revolutionary. We might suffer from altitude sickness if we do not take sufficient breaks at the high terrain.

Today is day 13, as we head to the Barutse Base camp out from the advanced high camp. The walk is progressive as we are accompanied by the best views of the landscape and Himalayas. Our height is extreme yet the environment is lovely as we try to make ourselves comfortable at an elevation of 5400 meters.

Today we will be heading to the Panch Pokhari as we trek for around 5 hours with the couples of ascends and descends. Panch Pokhari refers to the five lakes. The lakes carry a great religious value to various Hindu Pilgrims from all around. We stay there overnight near one of the lakes.

On day fifteen, as we lead on to the glacier, it will take us about an hour to reach the narrow crest while crossing the gully above the camp’s trail. It will get more and more interesting as the time comes to use our crampons and then the slope further leads on to the summit ridge. There are more picturesque mountain sights as the crest is beautifully fresh as we reach Chhukung after 6 hours of trekking.

Day 16 leads us following the ImjaKhola which will connect us with the beautiful Dingboche. Then we further make some ascend and cross the River while relishing some great views of the valley and mountains like Ama Dablam. We then, after a total of six hours of walk, finally reach Tengboche at 3,875 meters.

We first reach Phunkitenga through the beautifully dense and blooming forest. Then we take a small break there and after the break, we come across Dudh Koshi climbing uphill to Trashinga. Then the path leads to Namche Bazaar gradually connecting us to Monjo where we will stay the night.
